I believe that challenges are an opportunity and courage allows us to move through our challenges and grow because of them. For over 15 years, I've worked with business owners and leaders locally and internationally at all different levels of crisis, business models and personalities, coming alongside them through their change, growth and transformation. My approach is one of compassionate and focused encouragement, where my clients are held accountable to the goals they set together. I partner with my clients in an in-depth process of discovery and change, coaching them to develop greater confidence, self-awareness, influence and agility in change. My goal is to create business owners and leaders who are motivated, engaged and fulfilled in their work. My specialty is emotional intelligence and being a supportive and consistent force in helping my clients face their challenges head on, with courage and vulnerability and grow as a result of them. I also have a unique approach and specialized skillset in conflict resolution, helping my clients face and use their conflict for long term sustainable change. The gift I leave my clients is confidence and courage to tackle whatever comes their way and a positive impact within their business, organization and personal lives.I have specific industry experience coaching senior leaders in natural resources, recruiting, hospitality, architecture and policing. I live on Vancouver’s North Shore with my 10-year-old son, have a wonderful partner with 2 young children, and have a passion for mountain biking, trail running, the outdoors and living the most fulfilled, purposeful and values led life she can.
