Dagmar Meachem is a Professional Certified Coach, Consultant and Facilitator and founder of Courage Space Coaching & Consulting.
For over 15 years, Dagmar has worked with leaders locally and internationally at all different levels of crisis, business models and personalities, coming alongside them through their change, growth and transformation. She believes that challenges are an opportunity and courage allows us to move through our challenges and grow because of them.
Dagmar’s approach is one of compassionate and focused encouragement, where her clients are held accountable to the goals they set together. She partners with her clients in an in-depth process of discovery and change, coaching leaders to develop greater confidence, self-awareness, communication skills and agility in change. Her goal is to create leaders who are motivated, engaged and fulfilled in their work.

She also has a unique approach and specialized skillset in conflict resolution, helping her clients face and use their conflict for long term sustainable change. The gift she leaves her clients is confidence and courage to tackle whatever comes their way and a positive impact within their organization and personal lives.
Dagmar is an accredited Certified Professional Coach by Erickson Coaching International, Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation and is EQ-i 2.0 Certified. She received her mediation training through the National Mediation Training Course at ADR Institute of Canada. She has specific industry experience coaching senior leaders in natural resources, recruiting, hospitality, architecture and policing.
