• Manage $6MM in book of business; monitor and deliver against specific account revenue targets, as well as, plan and forecast future revenue across client accounts• Ad effectiveness expert who works with publishers and advertisers to help them understand the impact of digital and traditional marketing strategies• Work directly with online retailers (Amazon/Twitch, Google) to measure attitudinal and behavioral impact across ad products; work with publishers to provide ad mix recommendations to advertisers• Craft compelling stories, translate data into insights that address key client business issues; present to clients in a straight-forward and digestible manner• Lead org structure of 10 individuals, including resource management, performance reviews, objective setting and building culture; train team and set the standard for research and operational excellence
