Dan is an accomplished hospitality and real estate asset management executive with over 25 years of extensive operational experience within Serviced Apartments & Corporate Housing and established upscale luxury hotels in Canada, Switzerland, United States of America, United Arab Emirates & India. Under his leadership, DelSuites Inc. and Del Condominium Rentals Inc. is positioned as one the largest and most reputable Corporate Housing and Rental Property management companies in Greater Toronto Area, managing over $3.5 billion in real estate assets. In his role, Dan is responsible for setting the strategic direction for both companies and continuing to expand the business by creating sustainable, diversified, long-term value and delivering performance consistent with the interests of its clients, owners, employees and communities. His consistent leadership and innovation have been focused on driving business services and solutions, technology strategy and profitable revenue growth. Dan holds a degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Cesar Ritz in Switzerland and a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is also a certified Corporate Housing Professional (CCHP). Dan has collaborated with the Corporate Housing Providers Association (CHPA), lobbyists, the Provincial Premier, Toronto Mayor and Councillors to navigate the short-term rental bylaw and secured favourable status for Corporate Housing during Covid-19 restrictions. He is a member of the board of advisors for The Villa Life, an upcoming project and Managing Director for the Canadian Corporate Housing Providers Association (CHPA). Dan has also been a speaker at various events, including Skyline where he discussed The Hotelization of Multifamily Rentals, CBC Matt Galloway, the CHPA, and the IQI global real estate form.
