Current State Assessment, Integrated Finance and Operations Application Landscape, Executive Opportunity Roadmap (PTP, RTR)- For a large multinational technology & cloud computing company, documented current state process flows across 120 processes for cloud supply chain and finance (e.g. Procure-to-Pay, Fixed Asset Lifecycle, and Integrated Financial Planning), identifying business challenges in the existing process, policy, and system environment - Drove the cross-functional collaboration to synthesize 9 process pillars into a digestible application landscape. The creation of this application landscape was key in highlighting data flow complexities due to the client’s vast number of systems- Produced a roadmap tool which prioritized over 140 opportunities in both cloud finance and operations.
