I have a natural ability to lead teams, troubleshoot and solve problems, and have successfully managed my own team of 4 AMM (P3 level) and 60 technicians at various levels in a very successful reliability track record at an Amazon retail fulfillment center, earning the legacy site of the year award in 2022.I have 22 years of experience in construction and industrial maintenance, including 5 years in construction and 17 years in industrial maintenance. I spent the first years of my career as a lead technician on the floor before transitioning to management roles in the last 5 years. During this time, I worked with sites facing high LPH (Lost Production Hours) on Crit 1 equipment, and successfully implemented proactive maintenance strategies to decrease LPH rates. I also focused on building the knowledge and confidence of the teams to consistently deliver on-time and high-quality preventive maintenance tasks. As an MSP1, I took ownership of site success by developing and streamlining successful processes that became part of daily routines.Throughout my career, I have been actively involved with various teams within the JLL/Amazon family, including senior management teams, RE Team, IOQ, Site Support, Travel Team, and PQM team. I actively participate in national calls and have been sought out for my opinions on various impactful issues within the network. These experiences have prepared me for a transition into any Manager roles with in the JLL network.
