· Using SAP to issue purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, co-ordinates & follow-up with suppliers.· Sourcing, evaluate, negotiate and purchasing of materials from suppliers.· Liaising and negotiating contracts and datelines Coordination with internal departments.· Management of consignment stock & handles discrepancies and/or defects of supplies withsuppliers.· Prepare and submit monthly end repair reports.

· Prepare tender documents, contracts, quotations and other documentation.· Assist in establishing client's requirements is met.· Sourcing, evaluate and negotiate of materials from suppliers.· Liaise and coordinate with the client contractors/ subcontractors.· Submit monthly reports including progress and claims for the project and other admin duties.

· Provides information and assistance to shoppers by understanding their queries.· Handles complaints and resolve shopper’s problems by determining the cause of the problem.· Manage emergency through diligence in directing shoppers and escalating issues to relevant departments to have situation resolved immediately.· Data entry and administrative work.
