*Responsible for the over site of 60 FTEs and $55 million in materials and supplies expenses*Partner with the Senior Executive Leadership of the SFHN to spearhead the building and supporting of effective collegial relationships with internal and external SFDPH constituents and stakeholders to optimize the effectiveness and day to day operations of a comprehensive integrated delivery system in the City and County of San Francisco including 14 Primary Care Health Centers, Behavioral Health Services, Maternal Child and Adolescent Health Services, Jail Health Services, Laguna Honda Hospital skilled nursing facility, and San Francisco’s Level 1 Trauma Center of Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital.•Contract development over site includes developing the scope of work and special conditions.•Establishing and tracking metrics for system-wide assessment of quality, operational, and fiscal progress and sustainability.•Direct the SFDPH Supply Chain Council, charged with the development of long-range strategic plans, governance structure, and objectives for maximizing the SFDPH operating budget•Oversee the service contract consolidation and optimization across the SFDPH•Fiscal responsibilities include financial oversight and coaching related to planning operating budgets around commodities, non-personnel services, and capital expenditures for the SFDPH and SFHN.•Provide SFHN Director recommendation in changes in organizational systems, policies, and procedures and ensures their implementation •Responsible for the Administrative leadership and strategy of Supply Chain Operations •Provide long and short-range planning for administrative and financial systems, and clinical operations, which include the design and implementation of automated systems, enhancement of information-gathering systems, and reports to track and summarize data•Responsible for the recruitment of vacant positions in collaboration with Human Resources
