I am a reliable and practical individual currently studying Human Resources and business Management at Aston University. My experience to date has been in a variety of customer-facing and administrative support roles for several organisations, ranging from an Architect firm to a retail outlet. In these roles, I have consistently demonstrated an ability to take responsibility and successfully deliver on a diverse range of objectives and tasks, often too short and demanding timeframes. I have worked successfully both on my own initiative and as part of a team to get results and can communicate effectively with a wide range of people, from high-worth clients to members of the public using food banks. I am comfortable in the use of IT and have experience of using different systems throughout my professional and academic career.
