Reception UK provides bespoke reception management services to offices and commercial properties around the country. We believe first impressions count, which is why we only source, recruit and supply receptionists and concierge staff who can deliver exceptional customer service. RUK was established in 2013 as a direct result of client feedback that highlighted the need for a front of house service tailored to the UK property sector. Specifically, there was a growing need for a company to bridge the gap between security and customer service – to deliver both tenant safety and security, and a first-class customer experience. As part of Guarding UK – one of the UK’s top security companies established a decade earlier – RUK was perfectly placed to bridge that gap. Since then we’ve gone from strength to strength and now operate sites across the UK in locations including Glasgow, Bristol, Birmingham and our hub of London.
