- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive in the building- Answering, screening and forwarding external phone calls in a professional manner- Update calendars and schedule meetings- Delegate and manage daily work tasks throughout the team- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries- Maintain office security, monitor the CCTV and ensure that daily visitors sign in and out of the building on daily basis- Assist the building manager with the daily running of the building- Schedule contractors for building call outs or repair works- Assist with emergency response and evacuations- Liaise with local businesses to create bespoke discounts for occupiers and build local networking- Organise building events such as rooftop yoga, pop-up stands - Run charity events including Children in Need, Save the Children, Macmillan Coffee Mornings, Christmas Jumper Day, London Pride etc

- Front of House - First point of contact to greet visitors, clients, and candidates warmly and professionally- Help organize company-sponsored events as needed- Managing incoming and outgoing shipping programs and processes.- Coordinate with the Procurement team to purchase & maintain office supplies.- Manage training room calendars, large meeting spaces and arranging conference rooms for employees in last-minute situations as needed.- Ensure conference rooms, pantries, and supply closets are stocked.

- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
