In charge of the overall communication for a variety of products (To B&To C) to support business grow and reinforce Tencent’s “Tech for Good” mission- Strategy Planning: develop communication plans (strategy, tactics, message house etc.) to support the product team to achieve its strategic goals and engage with key influencers- Integrated Compaign Rollout: project manager for a couple of campaigns, with key responsibilities including cross-team communication, project management/status tracking, content development, media communication, PR agencies management etc.- Content Development: create content (video, feature story etc.) that resonates with a wide audience to deliver product/brand information- Crisis Prevention and Management: daily monitoring, viability alert, reactive QA/response write-up etc.

In charge of corporate communication, scope of work including media relation, internal communication, ongoing communication for the partnership with Cleveland Clinic etc.

The account lead for a couple of MNC clients, SOW including client daily contact/counsel, overall project management/status tracking, content development etc.
