Responsible for driving the adoption of automation tools (testing automation, RPA, DevOps, LSS etc.) and achieve profitability target. 2) Sales operation manager for Gerater China Technology department. Responsibilities include- Sales pipeline monitoring & gap tacking.- Prepare for regular report and organize regular calls with executive level to review status and define action items.3) SOX Compliance Project Lead for a global telecom company. Responsibilities include:- Streamline and define key SOX process.- Lead client team to implement automation tool to support to-be process. - Deliver global end users training for the awareness of new process and tool.- Evidence provisioning for annual SOX auditing. PMO Analyst in a CRM & Billing Implementation Program for a local Telecom client. Key responsibilities included:- Manage on-board and off-board of 200+ project members.- Generate monthly financial report and highlight budget & expense issues to Program Manager.- Monitor project schedule / budget on a weekly basis.- Support monthly budget review and allocation.- Lead a team of 2 people for PMO report preparation, monthly newsletter creation and other routine tasks.- Coordinate weekly client meeting and monthly all-hands meeting.
