In this role I have built and supervised a team of instructional designers, training coordinators, training specialists, project coordinators, and classroom facilitators; team supported over 500 store managers, 17 district managers, and 35 training managers. Also led cross-functional project team of four. I directly reported to VP of Operations, oversaw 20+ classes and managed a $1.5M budget. I am adept in designing training materials, guides, and corporate event delivery standards; followed-up on all completed training to measure effectiveness based on retention and number of participants /courses completed. I improved team member productivity by identifying, designing, and implementing effective methods to educate, enhance, and recognize performance. I directed a four-member project team; worked with executives, other departments, and such external contacts as Franklin Covey to execute operations-driven strategies, system-wide product rollouts, and projects. I facilitated 15-20 workshops, instructor-led classes, and train-the-trainer sessions per year and hosted 12+ training hubs for “The 4 Disciplines of Execution - Train the Trainer” course. I was responsible for a $500K department budget and generated all related reports. I created reports for volume of franchise applications, license training completions, train-the-trainer course completions, and inventory management rollout.Selected Accomplishments:• Designed training for the implementation of an Inventory Management System and acted as Project Champion / Advisor within $300K budget. • Authored training script for train-the trainer and logistics for rollout.
