The goals of the report were to identify key themes across national and state mentoring programs and highlight opportunities to expand the Diverse Healthcare Leaders Mentorship Program. Expanding the program will further NCHA and NCHF’s joint mission to improve the health of communities across North Carolina by enabling hospitals and health systems to become more reflective of the patients and communities they serve.
