This role required me to work at a fast pace working both as a team and as an individual. I managed an important project as well as monitored the teams email inbox. I had to regularly communicate with colleagues within and outside of my department at all levels including senior management.

In this role my main responsibility was to make decisions on applications for leave to remain in the UK, analysing information and referring to to the appropriate rules. I also assisted in training a team of new caseworkers developing my ability to explain rules and processes to my colleagues.

The new inn @ Tickton is a small family owned business, owned by my family. My experience working at the pub allowed me to gain many experiences and skills and developed my work ethic. Working in the pub allowed me to gain a valuable insight in to what it takes to own a business and make it successful.
