Responsibilities: Ensures accurate and timely distribution of employee earningso Collects employee timesheetso Enters employee hours into recruiting software and payroll systemo Performs audits of entered data Maintains payroll records including internal recruiting and payroll systemso Enters company information into recruiting systemo Enters/Updates individual employee assignments into recruiting systemo Enters new hire data into payroll system Accounting Responsibilities o Calculates and withholds proper withholding amounts for garnishments and other payroll deductionso Remits payments for garnishmentso Tracks hours worked to determine vacation/holiday eligibilityo Completes employment verificationso Prepares and distributes invoiceso Gathers reports needed for payroll processing  Prepare Schedule Form o Maintain and Update Account Receivables as needed, contact any clients that are delinquent past 30 days  Responds to requests from governmental agencieso Department of Revenueo Employee Security Commissiono Child Support Enforcement Agencies Assists with Workers Compensation Needso Provides reports for auditso Works with vendors to find best rateso Calculates cost of employment by trade Human Resource Requirements o Serves a role in creation and implementation of company policieso Composes and disseminates employee communicationso Assisting employees with Onboarding and New Hire Processo Train employees on usage of Employee Self Service o Participates in unemployment hearings/appealso Maintains personnel files and ensure all files in Compliance with State and Federal Lawso Responds to employee inquires within 24 hours
