I collaborate and interact with our engineering and shop management and sales rental teams to help maintain and update inventory and pricing of our equipment. This entails cataloging, tracking and data entry, As well as helping our rental staff keep track of show lists during show builds.I also support our installation team on special and large format projects. Duties and responsibilities - Making sure distribution lists are priced correctly for project work - Preparing project spreadsheets for management - Making sure there is accurate and inter-department communication- Supporting and facilitating project data start to finish during projects

For this internship my responsibilities include but are not limited to:FINANCES/BUDGETING- updating production budgets - entering expenses - coordinating with designers about expenses OUTREACH/MARKETING- working with producer to make a list of industry and school invites - inviting industry and school folks and following up - outreach to potential group audiences - building partnerships for talkbacks post show - helping create pass packets - creating post show surveys for audiences - attending rehearsals and documenting the process for social media - help create mailchimp updates for HAT mailing list DONORS - tracking which donors are attending which shows - leaving notes for these folks - creating and setting up VIP bags - creating and sending special donor invites to the shows COORDINATING - making sure designers get what they need - assisting them as needed with miscellaneous item searches/pick ups/etc- helping with load in/load out MISC - helping plan opening night/donor/cast parties - various errands EVENTS - Planning annual benefit
