Senior Communications Manager overseeing Severn Trent’s Community Fund, our 5 year commitment to donate £10 million to local community groups and charities to improve wellbeing. Managing the Community Fund team who process applications, promote the Fund and support applicants end to end. Involved ensuring we invest strategically, as well as keeping our Fund relevant and aligned to community need. Alongside this role I became qualified with a Diploma in Professional Marketing with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).

Project Manager in Group Transformation, responsible for the delivery of a cultural change project with our water treatment colleagues. The PM role requires effective communication, stakeholder management and good organisation skills in order to deliver all desired benefits and on time. During my time as a PM I undertook and successfully obtained the Association of Project Management qualification (PMQ).

My responsibilities were to schedule social media content for Ember’s clients via Hootsuite and Crowd Control, as well as uploading and scheduling website blogs. I was also responsible for managing the company’s CRM system and carrying our community management for clients.
