I have worked in customer service for several years, including management. As a recruiting specialist at Alternative Staffing, I was able to learn about human resources, recruiting tactics, and how to conduct in depth job interviews to find the most qualified candidates. My responsibilities as a recruiting specialist were data entry, recruiting online and in person, and customer support. These responsibilities helped me strengthen skills like multitasking and verbal/written communication.I currently work at Truck King Hauling and Contractors as a billing specialist doing data entry, broker support, billing, and invoicing. With my background experience, I am able to use my customer service skills to ensure excellent service and support in various departments. Paying attention to the smallest details has helped me succeed in this role along with problem solving skills. Dealing with numbers and customers can be stressful and one minor detail can cause chaos. With a well-rounded experience I am able to adapt to any type of work environments and excel in different positions.
