April Daisy White has been a teacher, a writer, a coach, and an all around motivator for all people and unique artists. She is a certified natural health specialist as well as a patient advocate. Daisy specifically focuses on patients who are chronically ill or who have Lyme disease. A Lyme disease survivor herself, Daisy has helped many families carve a path towards wellness and remission. She was recognized for her work on THE REAL HOUSEWIVES franchise as she helped Yolanda Hadid and her children towards their journey to health. Daisy helped Yolanda and her team craft the memoir “Believe Me” and she narrates the book on tape. Daisy also teaches a writing class called, ‘Right Your Life by Writing Your Life’ facilitating artists to tell their true-life stories by providing them the coaching and support they need. She teaches seminars and workshops for artists and personal growth both nationally and internationally in Canada, Europe, and The US. Daisy has helped many communities find harmony by facilitating groups through conflict resolution, teaching them to share their own stories. Most significantly, her work with children in WATTS post traumatic events and gang activity, helped a grieving community to find a voice. In 2004 she wrote and performed Sugar a one-woman show about her life. Daisy was also recently published in the anthology, “Hos, Hookers, Call Girls, and Rent Boys” and in the fall 2009 issue of the literary/art webzine, NthWORD.com.
