• Currently working on a flight time band project, which aims to dynamically create time bands for each market based on the RASM strength of flights at different departure times. The project outcome will enable inventory analysts to better manage the flights in order to achieve the optimal load factor and revenue outcome.• UFT migration – The Unified Flight Theory tool is used by Revenue Management team to bring a whole host of metrics into one place for comprehensive analysis and strategy development. Rebuilt the entire process in Databricks, streamlined the architecture. By taking advantage of speedy cloud-computing, the runtime has been reduced from two and half hour to 20 minutes. • Revenue review migration - Collaborated as a key member of a proactive team of three to successfully migrate monthly revenue reports from Excel to SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services). This transformation resulted in significant time savings for analysts—approximately 2 days per month. The improvement enhanced the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting processes.• Advanced Booking Report revamp and migration – successfully migrated one of Alaska’s legacy reports from Excel to SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) by establishing a robust data pipeline in SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio) and revamping the reports in SSRS, which provides a forward looking on Alaska’s revenue and booking alongside year over year metrics. • Revenue review deck automation - automated the revenue review deck used in the monthly executive meeting which provides a high-level view of how Alaska was doing in the past one month in different facets, which empowered executives to make data informed decisions to optimize the revenue outcome.

• Guest mood meter – established a model to evaluate guest mood based on the negative events they had with Alaska in the past one year, such as cancellation, delay, diversion, and baggage lost etc. The model output was used as a proxy for the customer satisfaction, and it will make it easier for a frontline employee to quickly understand the guest’s recent experience and current relationship with Alaska and take action to maintain and grow long term loyalty.• Fluffy (pricing automation tool) – established a pricing tool which generates connective fares automatically. With appropriate logic and pricing rules built in, the tool has become easy to maintain and adapt when future pricing strategy changes and significantly reduced the error and time from manual work.• Dynamic pricing tracker - established a tool to detect the difference between Untied Airline’s filed fare amount and the selling fare amount, which helped the pricing team learn our competitor’s dynamic pricing strategy in order to customize our own strategy to be competitive in the market.
