 Build and execute social media strategies, in support of the sales team including Facebook/Instagram/YouTube/Twitter/Linked/Pinterest Develop and implement online marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness & customer engagement (crowd funding/webinar/contest/challenge…); offline activities (workshops/exhibitions) Develop business relationship, outreach advocates, influencers, and evaluate opportunities with brand marketing, social media, PR, and others Collect information on market trends/customer behaviors/competitor messages Copywriting for marketing materials such as tutorials, poster, newsletter, blogs, press page, advertisements (online and offline), etc Work closely with customer support team to resolve customer service issues via social media.
