I led our global Client Success and Product Support organisation; developing and driving Unmind's client strategy across 200+ clients.Developed and led global change management processes to support the delivery of an evolved platform and service (single to multi-product). This included supporting an M&A of a digital therapy and coaching platform - involving change and project management to up skill new and existing team members and successfully sell and deploy to clients.I was a member of the Commercial and Product leadership teams and as part of the Unmind Strategic Leadership team, I was responsible for helping devise and implement our GTM strategy, as well as key business decisions, operations and communications.

As one of Unmind's first hires (and the first commercial team member) I had the pleasure of joining Unmind's co-founders to create and lead on all things Client Success and support the initial growth of the business - working across sales, marketing, client success and product support. I sold, welcomed onboard and managed programmes for organisations such as Made.com, John Lewis & Partners and Yorkshire Building Society on their journey with Unmind.I partnered with key stakeholders to implement the Unmind platform, strategise around platform engagement (I developed our first client and user growth marketing strategy) to support employees in proactively looking after their mental health and delivered success plans - so that clients were achieving their outcomes and receiving value. I was responsible for all commercials relating to existing business.
