I am a Client Experience Leader and Work Tech Specialist, with 10+ years experience in the world of start and scale ups. I am London based, working as a freelance Consultant, Fractional Executive and Career Coach. What gets me out of bed is working with passionate people and an inspiring product. I have had the privilege of working with some incredible, purpose-driven organisations across the employee benefit/engagement, wellbeing and mental health space, and have benefited from exposure to the coal face of starting and growing a business. As such, I offer both an advisory and hands on approach, with holistic experience across: service delivery, client growth, growth marketing, proposition and people development. In my recent role at Unmind, I was a member of the SLT where I co-developed and deployed business strategy (helping me to grow business-wide operational skills).
