The team provides strong communication skills, and five-star customer service, tracks all service and pricing requests to their resolution, and offers GCS value-added services.• Continually build exceptional client relationships and demonstrate deep knowledge and understanding of the industry and economic conditions impacting the member’s businesses.• Advocate for the development of new service offerings to extend and expand our work with new and existing members - namely offering options to create more revenue from current programs, and planning for more profitable future programs. • Navigated the COVID-19 pandemic by putting a focus on account reactivations, and assisting in the building of the new PPE program to create new revenue, to fill a void for current members.• Actively provide support as a team liaison between different departments where needed. • Work closely with the Member Success team to maintain our 4 pillars: Big Hearted, Possibility, All-In, and Sustainability.
