Perform market research and analysis, give presentations, and collaborate with various team members across departments to provide marketing data and knowledge to help identify content trends and strategies as the content develops.Accountable for analyzing creative briefs and client expectations to provide the innovative team with a clear understanding of the brief and the products.Accountable for building Creative decks and creative ideas presentations when assigned to.Manage the Creative Content Writer Team by delegating and assigning tasks to a team member, ensuring the team function correctly within and in line with the Creative Studio department’s target as well as the company’s policyBe able to participate in brainstorming sessions, develop scripts, and refine the quality of content created by the Creative Content Developer as well as team members or own ideas, by reviewing script formats and providing creative inputs. Work closely with Production Producers in nurturing stories and providing advice in enhancing creative content. Identify creative challenges and provide solutions in collaboration with other members of the creative team as needed.
