E-government (electronic public services) projects estimation, progress and status monitoring, ensuring projects execution quality. Consulting beneficiaries of project management including scope, time and budget estimation, risk management, project closing. Communication with stakeholders (making reports, presentations), including ministries, beneficiaries, IT companies. Public procurement supervision. Responsible for 10-12 projects monitoring (value 1-3m EUR) and 3-4 programs management.Made research and presentation – “Lessons learned in government held project management and offers for improvement”.

Fixed term contract, Maternity Cover.Management of 11 persons. During this period team started to implement 90 projects (total value 120 m EUR) in 14 programs. Preparing of various reports, analyzing of allocation and payment of European Union Funds; identifying risks; setting goals for team members and follow up their achievement; setting best practices and improving them, communication and negotiations with Stakeholders. In addition worked as a subject matter expert.

Responsible for evaluation and administration of Information Society Development Projects funded from European Union Structural Funds. Grant contracting and modification, public procurement supervision, maintenance of project activities, payment claim verification, consulting beneficiaries of various project preparation and implementation questions.

Sales of IT solutions and services to VIP clients of the company, IT infrastructure and solutions deployment project management. Value of projects 0.1-3 m EUR, duration 6-24 months

Sales of HP, Lenovo pc, notebooks, Microsoft/Symantec/Oracle licenses, budget estimation. Preparation of documentation and offers for tenders, providing help for sales managers.
