Spent the last 6 years running a digital marketing agency. This past year worked with Algosec to increase brand awareness, collecting over 10000 leads and influencing accounts to progress down the funnel till closed-won. Being the bridge between sales and marketing using ABM and ABX methods, in EMEA and APAC to support 50 salesmen achieve their goals. A bit about what I have accomplished:Over 24 years in business Started connecting with thousands of children in informal #education through the largest Jewish Day Schools in South Africa and we connected with almost 3000 children per year.Then in my 20's - my motto was try everything...I had vending machines in offices, created a chocolate parcel and sold it at malls and even started a media owning business.We called it Jaxad - we had elevators, malls and mall parking lots. My biggest customer was KFC. Then I went to work for a Money Lending business and saw how big a business could get. I was there for a few years and in that time I was able to consolidate one of their failing businesses and grow the credit empowerment division. I left there to join our family business called Sight and Sound, together with my brother doubled the turnover in 1 year and then we diversified to buy a medical rentals business.Med Medical was where I really learned the term #Entrepreneur. Here I ran the business, was doing sales, contracted to a few Marketing agencies, learned about stock and inventory and about cash flow and most importantly learned the importance of SALES AND MARKETING ALIGNMENT. I also grew this business over 500% and then sold it to a black empowerment company, this made myself and my family a profit.I moved back with my brother to Sight and Sound, we bought 2 more audiovisual rental businesses and ran them for a few years, we sold the businesses for a profit and moved on from the industry.I joined Vespa South Africa for 6 months where I learned the importance of selling high value items. AND then I started Pitch SM.After a purchase and a merger of two agencies, Pitch SM became the learning platform for me where we were able to change businesses in the Digital Marketing realm. Here we focused on #SEO as the center of the digital world and built the strategy around this.In 2020 with the onset of Covid19, I sold the business to my then partner and restarted Pitch Sales and Marketing with a very simple goal - to provide lead generation using social media. I am currently still running this business with our clients growing YOYI was a Board member of #EO Accelerator between 2016 and 2017.
