Marketing & Revenue (M&R) manager is a division head of hotel department on ship. M&R is responsible for the continual growth of onboard revenue, meeting and exceeding targets and managing budget control whilst ensuring the high standards of Royal Caribbean International and its audit compliance. M&R’s role is to plan ahead of time and be prepared for upcoming voyages ensuing that ship is ready for itinerary changes, changes in demographic and international guest counts so we can maximize spend in all area.
