Current1.1) Project managementa) Oversees the project team working on client/partner engagements within practice.b) General project management including secretariate duties.c) Enforce standard policies, projects regulations and procedures.d) Manage project budget assigned to you when requirede) Manage project administrative function and act as the point-of-contact with internal and external parties to ensure successful implementation and delivery of the project tasks.f) Develop and monitor the implementation of project plans to achieve all targets set by the management.g) Post event reporting and analysis.1.2) Operationsa) Manage exhibitions from operations planning to onsite management for both the Organizer and Exhibitor requirement.b) Provide timely updates to the Project Director on project progress.c) Produce, update and manage the online floorplan and exhibition centre through third party solutions.d) Manage and vet stand plans submitted by exhibitors including liaising with relevant external parties such as the technical service providers, logistic contractors and venue owners.e) Liaising with internal teams including marketing and sales.f) Liaising with suppliers and negotiating contracts.g) Liaising with exhibitors and any relevant authorities to ensure smooth onsite operations.h) Health, fire and safety management (pre-event and onsite).i) Venue management and communication.j) Site visits and handling of all exhibitor technical and operations related enquiries, working with the appointed suppliers and partners closely.k) Producing onsite information including staff briefings, exhibitor lists and floorplans.
