I currently lead a global F&BM organization which provides support across the HR Talent, Experience and Global Rewards organizations, including New Joiner, Onboarding, Talent and Career Development, HR Employee Experience and beyond. As a member of the HR Operating Committee, I provide advice and analysis to both line-of-business HR executives as well as senior functional HR leaders. Key responsibilities include supporting the shift to a product operating model, developing a robust framework of metrics to ensure high quality outcomes and deep financial discipline to ensure the organization is run efficiently and strategically. Previously, I was the Global Head of Planning & Analysis for Asset & Wealth Management and leader of a ~ 275 person finance organization. Core responsibilities included global budget and outlook responsibilities across all businesses and functions, collaborating on stress testing/strategic modeling, M&A performance metrics, calculation of market-based compensation and risk-adjusted revenue, location strategy and financial MIS platforms. From an external reporting perspective, we supported key investor relations activities including 10K/Q earnings releases as well as competitor/market analysis. Prior senior positions as the CFO of AWM Technology as well as those in the front office and support functions have created deep subject matter expertise in planning, reporting and analysis, compensation program design, and project management. I am currently the Office of the CFO site lead/people agenda sponsor for J.P. Morgan at our Plano, TX campus. This growing location alone is approaching some 10,000 employees and brings together some of our company’s most talented people across finance and business management, technology, operations, risk and controls. As time permits, I teach night classes at local community and/or business colleges. This helps support one of my enduring passions: ensuring opportunities are open to all through education, ongoing skills development, mentoring and sponsorship.
