Pre and post release case management and counseling for serious and violent repeat offenders who were in the Minnesota Correctional System.

Assessments for clients involved in the criminal justice system but living in the community. * Case management and counseling for the above mentioned clients. This includes, but is not limited to: * Orientation upon arrival.* Treatment planning.* Minimum of 1 hr counseling per individual client per week.* Documentation* Liaison to outside resources.* Group Facilitator.* Help clients to get a variety of individual needs met.* Involvement in a variety of committees * Hundreds of hours volunteered in service of the clients and the program. * Caseload averaged between 13 and 26 active clients, with several waiting to be opened at any given time.
