- Coordinated the collaborations for: Pokemon, Pokemon 2.0, Rick & Morty, Sanrio, Mandalorian first to launch globally for apparel, Barbie, Nintendo (Mario, Animal Crossing), and Legend of Zelda, which alone was one of the most successful campaigns in the company's history.- Liaising with current and potential licensors, always thinking of what is in line with the BlackMilk brand.- Coordinating collaborations with individual artists for special product launches (Lora Zombie, Yamamoto Takato, Caley Hicks, Godmachine, etc.)- Being the middle point between the BlackMilk team (merchandising, graphics, product development, marketing, production) and the licensor, communicating requests and changes, interpreting ideas that will become great collections and ensuring all products abide by contractual requirements.- Preparing deal memos, negotiating contracts,- As part of the Merchandise team - place purchase orders and assist in the development of range plans.- Prepare royalty reports and forecasts for each licensor per quarter- With a continuously agile company, it is my key role to identify both key trends in the market and also trends immediately following BlackMilk's latest releases. Using this information, it is then my role to capitalise on these trends in the moment and turn these into company profit.
