My experience is mainly in customer service and retail, and food industry. I was a delivery driver for AutoZone for about a year;2013-2014. I started as a delivery driver for commercial.I would deliver parts , (and if the part was wrong we always made sure to get the right one to them in a quick manner)collect cores and payments,take orders if help was needed on the phones,stock shelves,as well as do plannograms,and help with the front counter if lines became backed up and extra help was needed. I went from a part time driver to full time in almost one year. However a month before leaving I was moved from driving to the front counter/register. Two years prior to AutoZone I was an employee at Papas pizza to go buffet in Calhoun Ga, years 2009-2010 as well as 2011-2012.This job entailed many different jobs. These included running the register/keeping dining room and bathrooms cleaned and stocked, cooking/making the dough/prepping the foods that needed to be,doing dishes,setting up parties and keep customers satisfied. Both years I worked there I was promoted to one of the key holder/shift leaders. They did the same jobs as any other crew member. They also, however, opened and closed the restaurant, counted down the register each morning and night and would tend to the manager or assistant managers duties if neither were working that day. Checking inventory and stock,ordering produce and supplies. They were also servesafe certified so codes stayed up to par.
