Current- Nissan Buy@Home representative for Arizona, Utah, Nevada, and Idaho- Saved a dealership from leaving the program by sitting with the GM and Nissan District manager and offering my help in increasing leads and training their sales staff on how to best utilize our product - Met with Nissan USA team, EM’s, and DP’s from the region and gave presentation on product and upcoming enhancements, best practices, and offering assistance where needed on multiple occasions.- Found multiple bug in system that caused pricing, incentives, and CTA issues and reported to DEV before dealership experienced issues- Sat with the EM to sell him on the program and ancillary products with added cost for a 12 month commitment at $2000 a month - Met with dealers for multiple hours at a time to do a deep dive into performance, how to increase traffic, how to use the program, fix issues they are experiencing, and more- Met with a new dealership and convinced them to switch from their current DR tool to go full Tier 3 and use our tool over the competition - Presented PowerPoints to Nissan USA officials to share details and performance enhancements to the product - Travel to dealerships to improve their sales, E commerce, dealer group strategies, marketing, and processes. - Successfully built relationships with DP’s, EM’s, GM’s, and sales floor management to effectively manage and train as needed.- Closely monitored over 30 dealerships performance while building relationships with their team and implementing strategies to help dealers sell more cars.- Trained EM’s, GM’s, and sales team to effectively manage the tool increasing leads and close rate by 50%- Created social media strategies to increase traffic from free advertising campaigns which increased followers and leads - Saved dealerships from leaving subscription to the program by sharing performance and options to increase ROI
