Current• Ensure that all Operations-related Queues are managed, monitored, or worked, to meet the required KPI goals.• Identify and manage projects that improve operational performance.• Manage Cash/Check related Accounts Receivable Activity• Facilitate Communications with Accounts Payable and drive resolution for AP Trackers• Facilitate Processing of Customer Billings and Credits• Review transfer discrepancies, Resolve Vendor Shipping Discrepancies• Ensures cycle count procedures are implemented and followed.• Coordinate collection/customer disputes between Sales/Operations and the customer.• Process customer invoices via multiple online accounts Examples Transcepta, Supplypro, Procor and Marksystem• Provide customer support and process customer payments and process refunds.• Monitor and actively work open/aging AR to ensure timely collections.• Excel V-LOOKUP• Educate and coach to company standards in all operations through consistent meetings and scorecards. • Responsible for all aspects of physical locations, building assets, security, maintenance, safety, computers, and other tangibles.• Month end and Year end accounting processing • Freight Audit review • Inventory adjustments.• Return Goods review – RMA and outbound processing. • Vendor invoice review and approval • Proficient in Solar and E-term systems
