- Currently part of the migration of Export docs team for client PIL (Pacific International Lines).- Migrated Export docs and Invoicing process for India, Indonesia, Philippines and Oceania locations.- Taking care of daily calls with onshore to streamline the tasks and address the queries of local team.- Responsible to maintain TAT and delivering the assigned tasks on time to avoid any delays and escalation from client side

- Managed team of 30 members for various processes and ensure all day-to day operations are carried out adhering to the deadlines- Having strong knowledge of process migrations for several processes (CANADA MEDLOG, USA, INDO, SIN, ECU, Malaysia, TH TMS, TH Bookings).- Addressing customer concerns, providing accurate customer service and escalating issues when necessary.- Handling agency queries, providing necessary support and information to internal stakeholders (Documentation) as required.- Assigning daily work & tracking everyone is achieving their set KPIs/targets.- Taking care of weekly calls with agencies (front offices/onshore) & planning training for all the team members.

- Filing Contract Rates in TMS (Transport Management System) for different POLs and PODs as per Liner Approval for USA, Canada, Malaysia & Argentina offices.- Solving Counter Offers as per Liner Approval.- Assigning/ BL Numbers to USA Bookings (Export) and generating bill of Lading for Clients (China & USA).- Supported China MSC Office during covid pandemic for Rate Retrieving Process which was learned in very short notice.- Part of Migrating above mentioned all Processes.

- Worked for US Imports documentation, preparing Arrival Notices for Customers.- Processed Arrival Notices for Los Angeles, Chicago, Canada, New York.- Giving Prior intimations to warehouses about arrival of containers.- Communicating with Front offices to make the process easier & smooth to avoid escalations.- Responsible for arranging training for new joiners, preparing exception lists, Updating SOP’s & sending Daily reports about productivity of team members to Management.
