Develop and maintain reports detailing quality, production and distribution operations, along with product testing and laboratory results affecting the production of 15,000+ barrels annually (~13 products) in a two-shift facility with shipments across the state of Kentucky to retailers and third-party distributors. Troubleshoot quality control problems across the brewery and work with cross-functional teams to remedy quality issues, provide staff training and orientation.Selected Contributions▪ Upgraded Company’s computer system from a fragmented operation to a fully integrated program providing more accurate and timely records reflecting inventory, production, cost of sales, lab results, shipping, and scheduling.▪ Recommended improvements in formulas and the acquisition of higher quality ingredients. These modifications were key contributors to the number of annual barrels produced expanding from 1,200 in 2012 to 15,000+ in 2018.▪ Developed spreadsheets that tracked up to 50 metrics in individual batches. Analyzed data providing a full range of production statistics, including temperature controls, to evaluate the quality of products and production costs.

Formulated and executed budgets for two nuclear sites. Compiled financial information used by DOE finance team to deliver presentations to senior leadership and Congress. Reviewed invoices, participated in internal and external audit coordination, managed audit reconciliations, general accounting, and financial research requirements.
