■ BackgroundDeveloping risk management strategies and integrated occupational health solutions for employers has been the driving force behind my career spanning 30 years. It has been both my passion and privilege to work with a broad range of business leaders, healthcare providers and insurance representatives on programs designed to control medical costs for employers and improve the health and productivity of employee populations. ■ Occupational Accountable Care (OAC)2023 We have organically developed our MSK program to service 20 employer locations across 11 states. Our employer clients have successfully reduced recordable MSK injuries by 55% and work-comp claim costs by 65%. 2018 We introduced a Musculoskeletal (MSK) Health and Safety program for employers to reduce the frequency and severity of work related MSK injuries. 2014 I launched OAC with one goal: improve the health and productivity of employed populations. Today, OAC serves as a collaborative resource that offers employers, payers, and providers solutions to achieve quality cost containment goals. ■ Earlier ExperienceHeld executive positions at major hospital organizations and independent urgent care networks developing occupational health services for employers.
