Dale Chapman is corporate and commercial lawyer based in Sydney.Dale advises both public and private companies on a broad range of business matters and he acts as external general counsel for a number of companies. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint venture projects, equity capital markets, commercial contracts and corporate governance, and the particular insight gained while practising law in Tokyo, acting for some of Japan’s largest trading houses on a variety of challenging global transactions.Dale also has a focus on the water sector where he has extensive expertise in water law, markets and trading, and drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts for the water industry.Dale is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales.
