AppleCare Support provides world class technical support to our customers worldwide. This role requires a proven leader who leads a large and sophisticated Technical Support organization across Greater China and Singapore. In this role, I am responsible for developing and inspiring the support organization across several Apple and Partner locations and home-based teams, who in turn, deliver multi-channel world-class support experiences for our customers.As the Apple Support Market Leader for Greater China and Singapore, I am the most senior leader based in country for Support. I am responsible for leading the team to achieve various Apple support delivery metrics focused on delivering a great customer support experience. Besides achieving excellence in operational performance, you will have a determined focus on talent development and career progression; responsible for shaping and nurturing the Apple culture across our internal teams and lead our vendor management team in guiding our outsourced vendor network to achieve performance excellence.

Oversee all operations of eight branch offices in the Atlanta area, supervising total peak employment of approximately 80 employees through Branch Managers. Hire and train Branch Managers and approve recruitment of Credit Managers at each branch. Work directly with individual managers to generate profit and portfolio plans and revenue targets for each branch. Call directly on C-level staff at prospective and existing customers to develop relationships and sales. Establish and ensure delivery of cross-product sales training for all selling team members and other service staff in the district.• Work one-on-one with sales team and management staff to coach and train on strengths and weaknesses. Consistently follow-up to insure programs are implemented.• Manage and distribute leads among employees to maximum production. • Lead weekly sales and customer service meeting to increase production, cross-selling, identifying customer’s high value needs, and provide superior customer service.
