• Overseeing the complete project lifecycle from phase one to five, managing changes to design, budget and schedule• Managing project deliverables and guiding the production of project designs• Leading project engineers to develop scopes of work and plan project lifecycle• Establishing, implementing and overseeing effective budgets, systems, processes and controls• Building strong working relationships and effective communication channels with internal and external key stakeholders• Establishing project objectives and producing budget forecasts for business planning cycle• Setting up contracts with EPCM and equipment suppliers• Performing as a strong leader of a cohesive team with strict enforcement of health, safety and statutory regulations, quality standards, governance processes and compliance requirements• Preparing requests for funding on large capital projects• Researching and gathering information for project business cases, working with analysts on preferred options• Reviewing technical and commercial bidding evaluations, as well as technical mechanical data• Providing support to project engineers on ideas and compliance recommendations• Procuring all materials and services according to procurement threshold• Procuring pressure equipment from local and international suppliers• Involved in execution phases, ensuring accurate implementation of designs and safety protocols
