Designed and implemented a computer imaging and custom application-layering deployment solution for the EPIC EMR rollout at Sacred Heart Hospital. Provided Quality Assurance for all computer builds prior to deployment. Provided End-User and Help Desk support at the Sacred Heart Hospital campus. Performed Technology Assessments for computer upgrades/replacements and deployment rollout strategies. Provided network and system support for the IT staff at Sacred Heart Hospital.
