As the Chief Operations Officer of the Chief Information Officer, executed full CIO/CISO authority to coordinate day-to-day global operations and ensure high availability of critical enterprise IT infrastructure. Lead globally dispersed operations and activities to sustain and improve critical communication networks/IT backbone infrastructure and compute power. Coordinate cross-matrixed identification, prioritization, and resolution of operational problems spanning desktop, voice/data communications, and WAN/LAN telecommunications equipment, vendor relationships, networking, cloud architecture, and cybersecurity requirements to ensure technical solution and global teams are coordinated effectively. Coordinate and deliver timely corporate communications and briefs to executives, senior leadership, partners, enterprise workforce, and customers. Acquired Contracting Officer Representative certification and filled critical gap for existing contracts.
