Highlights include:- Led the development of the Performance Management Framework and Corporate Plan for the National Capital Authority and The Royal Australian Mint- As part of engagement with the National Capital Authority we have been engaged on two occasions to facilitate the NCA's strategic planning days- Team member in conducting a process evaluation of Local Land Service's Core Services initiative, resulting in a request to quote for and subsequent re-engagement to implement some of the recommendations- Led the development of improved contract management artefacts and development of clauses within procurement documentation to improve the involvement over time of Indigenous peoples for the Suburban Land Agency

Highlights include:- Gaining experience in the Commonwealth Corporate Plan development process, including the development of fit-for-purpose performance measures and developing a performance management framework that tells an accurate performance story- Supporting the development of a property function transformation plan for NSW Department of Communities and Justice- Supporting the procurement of Property NSW's FM and AM provider. - Becoming an SME in construction procurement accreditation analyses, including leading projects and providing guidance to other staff in conducting these analyses- Supported the procurement function review of Water Infrastructure NSW to prepare the function and team for construction procurement accreditation. - We were engaged 1-year later to conduct a second review of the function according to their improvement activities, where I was part of the project team requested by name. I subsequently led this second review and support WINSW in achieving construction procurement accreditation.- Conducting a procurement function review for Western Sydney Parkland Authority. From the review we were re-engaged to develop contract management documents and processes based upon our review.
