Oversees all aspects of Athens branch of Terracon.

- Manages project testing scope, personnel, and budgets; reviews reports, specifications and drawings- Creates proposals and project budget estimates- Manages day-to-day materials testing and NPDES inspection schedule- Manages technician personnel and provides testing oversight and training- Provides recommendations for stabilization, remediation, dewatering, etc. for project sites- Acts as Local Safety Coordinator, provides in-house safety training and orders safety equipment and supplies- Provides oversight of ordering and maintenance of vehicle fleet- Acts as the Local and State Radiation Safety Officer and provides oversight of nuclear radiation safety program- Creates report templates for use in implementing electronic reporting system- Manages and coordinates new technician certifications and recertifications - Manages ordering and maintenance of field laptops, smartphones and accessories- Performs field and laboratory testing of soils, concrete and asphalt- Performs NPDES erosion and sedimentation inspections and stormwater sampling- Performs floor flatness and levelness testing, post-tensioning inspection and other specialized materials testing
