As Client Services Director I am the first point of contact for a number of key senior clients when it comes to partnering on the development of a brands strategic approach and how we practically work together to deliver successful creative responding to the overarching brand ambition. Currently leading the client services team at Construct London, I continue to ensure our clients receive an uncompromised service throughout a project life cycle as well as oversee the internal teams personal success in their individual endeavours. It is a key responsibility of mine to ensure every project delivers on the clients requirements as well as responding to the agreed brand plan ensuring its done on time and to agreed budgets.I'm a key member of the Management team, driving the business forward according to the companies collective vision and have specific commercial responsibilities assigned to me.During my career, I've managed projects across a number of clients within many different sectors including hospitality, property and placemaking, luxury goods, spirits, financial services and FMCG.
