·Oversee plant operations of 53 Employees over 2 shifts with 5 Automotive/Truck Product Lines; Over 12.5 million in annual sales.·Coordinate production, staffing, training, distribution, and warehousing to meet customer requirements.·Review production costs and product quality, modify production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operation of division.·Support and promote continual improvement projects and oversee initiation and/or execution of engineering changes.·Recommend budgets to management. Responsible for P&L for plant operations.·Maintain ISO/TS 16949 certification·Conduct quarterly reviews with Managing Director & biannual reviews with Executive Director that cover key areas, including P&L, cost reduction, goal attainment, variance analysis, & staffing.·Coordinate staff hiring, training, SHE, supervision, and performance evaluations.

·Develop, evaluate, maintain, and improve equipment-processing parameters to reduce scrap levels.·Analyze and plan work force utilization, space requirements, workflow, and design lay out of equipment for maximum efficiency.·Confer with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange for purchase of equipment, materials, or parts.·Estimate production times, equipment performance, and related costs. Calculate material color adjustments using X­rite and X­rite web edition.·Oversee production output and quality requirements while remaining within budget limitations.·Complete all documentation according to ISO/TS 16949 requirements.·Train all incoming employees on Hazardous Communication and Safety Requirements.·Certificate for ABB S4 programming

·Installation of automated equipment: Presses, Smart Tracks, & Ring Lines to produce automotive interiors.·Train operators and maintenance to function and maintain equipment after installation.·Service and support equipment: Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, & program issues.·Build and plumb equipment.·Experience with chemical metering units, hydraulics, Fanuc Robots, Rsview32, Panelbuilder32, Certificate for RSLogics 500.
