Focused on innovation opportunities using emerging technologies to allow integration of key property systems and mission-critical security/surveillance systems. Developed system design solutions and project implementation plans. Managed all project team activities including design, install, quality control and support.

Multifaceted responsibility with senior management role tasked with managing multiple projects and liaised between several departments.Key Accomplishments: > Planned network infrastructure, security and surveillance, background music, digital signage, video distribution, and MATV systems for three projects, ranging from $365M to $507M. > Key operational contributor to the development of hiring timeline, pre-opening budget, and space plan for River City Casino opened in St. Louis, MO March 2010, Lumière Place Casino & Four Seasons Hotel opened in St. Louis, MO in December 2007, and the L’Auberge du Lac Casino Resort opened in Lake Charles, LA in May 2005. > Formulated and tracked $8.8M project budget, analyzed bids, and oversaw system installation for River City Casino and delivered project on schedule and under budget by $757K. > Preplanning for Baton Rouge startup operation including budgeting, schedule, and program design for $357M project. > Completed low voltage design documents for $6M expansion for River City Casino in St. Louis.

Senior management role tasked with providing critical direction and strategic leadership actively managing numerous concurrent projects. Leverage expertise in project management, communication, operations, business development and team leadership.Key Accomplishments: > Played pivotal role in startup of Belterra Casino/Resort in October 2000 with $6.2M pre-opening budget. > Challenged to lead cross-functional project teams through crisis when river barge struck new riverboat casino and completely destroyed IT and surveillance rooms, resulting in $2M+ loss to IT. Successfully completed repairs and had state-of-the-art equipment and gaming machines up and running in 90 days. > Championed installation of technologically sophisticated Radio Frequency system supporting all land operations from an AS/400 residing on cruising vessel. Efforts resulted in substantial savings in operating costs and paved way for use of system in other gaming facilities. > Led ISP switch and redesign of all websites providing standard navigation & links between sites. > Established centralized corporate Help Desk supporting six (6) properties and corporate office with staff of nine (9) in April 2003.

Served as key person in the start-up and operation of four (4) major casino / hotel development projects and participated in total of seven (7) casino openings for new and renovated properties.

Participated in the design and development of the interface between the Marine Corps Supply System and the Kodak KAR Micrographics System. Supervised staff of 10 in imaging, data entry and retrieval, and film development. Established a second micrographics operation in Okinawa, Japan in 1988. Created operating procedures and provided hardware / software support and training for PC and mainframe users.
