Also during this time I aided in upgrading the companies computers and all MS Access Databases to Version 2000, and later to Version 2002. After being promoted to Fulfillment Director, I continued my role as programmer of the MS Access Databases in the Fulfillment Department, as well as the development of a database we could release to our customers to interface with our own data. I also spent time developing documentation to help others use my creations. Oversaw the migration of data from MS Access to SQL Server. Created the MS Access interface to allow users to work with data in MS SQL. Managed department responsible for processing and analyzing collection of charitable donations for over 100 organizations.
